Editor's Review
Sayari All Day Dining is a stylish, modern eatery situated in the heart of Westlands, Nairobi. It offers a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere that caters to both the busy lunch crowd and those looking to linger until sunset. While the location is highly accessible, visitors should note that peak hours can get busy, so arriving slightly before the traditional lunch rush is advisable to secure your preferred seating.
If you are looking for a more budget-conscious alternative or a quick bite nearby, the surrounding Westlands area offers numerous street-side cafes and kiosks where you can grab a quick snack or coffee for a fraction of the price of a full sit-down meal.
The Cost: Expect to spend between KSH 1,500 and KSH 3,500 per person depending on your choice of drinks and main courses. There is no entry fee as it is a restaurant, but premium cocktails and specialty dishes are priced at the higher end of the local market.
The Experience: Visiting Sayari is a relaxed, stationary experience focused on comfort and ambiance. The interior is spacious and well-decorated with smooth, paved flooring and comfortable seating arrangements, making it easily accessible for all guests including those with mobility concerns. It is designed for leisure, conversation, and high-quality service.
What you can get: You can enjoy a diverse menu featuring flavorful fish biryani, fried chicken, and an impressive selection of craft cocktails like the signature 'I stopped'. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the well-prepared cappuccinos and lattes, though it is recommended to be selective with meat-heavy dishes like the beef burger or wet fry goat.
Overall, Sayari All Day Dining delivers a premium urban dining experience with excellent service and a beautiful aesthetic. While some dishes may require careful selection, the consistent quality of the drinks and the attentive staff make it a reliable choice for any social occasion in Nairobi.

Explorer Ken's Advice
"Order the 'I stopped' cocktail and the fish biryani for a consistently high-quality dining experience."
Things to Consider
Portion sizes can be inconsistent and the wet fry goat meat is often too bony, so consider ordering extra sides.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, and I must say it was an amazing experience! The ambience was perfect, the food was delicious, and the place is very spacious with clean washrooms. The cocktails were absolutely amazing, and the manager, Moses, made sure we were well taken care of throughout. I highly recommend this place — definitely worth a visit!

A lovely setting to enjoy a well-prepared meal. The extensive menu offers something for almost every taste, including a selection of biriyani’s, fried chicken and other delights. Come as you are and enjoy it.

The atmosphere and decor are just beautiful. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would like to thank Yvonne & Peries for the lovely service and attention of every detail. They answered all my questions with a lovely smile. Thank you for such a great experience. I also thank the staff behind the scene in the kitchen for the delicious dishes.

Great ambience(vibes) from the security check point. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. My sisters and I were fortunate to pass through when surprisingly it wasn't crowded(lunch time is mostly rush hour even for Westlands restaurants). Service was fast and intentional. We enjoyed the space well into sunset and even as evening customers increased, service was still prompt! Kudos to the team. I recommend the "I stopped" cocktail...it was delicious. For the food the fries and fish biryani are solid, well filling dishes. Definite 5/5 If you pick the beef burger, I'd recommend you stay away from Macon( too tough for my liking), though overall I'd still give the burger a 4/5. Coffee lovers...caramel latte and cappuccino will not disappoint. I'll be back for a selficcinno

Staff are so friendly & welcoming, the ambience is so awesome with a good sitting arrangement, good food with great taste however; the portion is too little. The wet fry goat meat is too bony. My gf was a bit disappointed.
